Todd Mason

Chairman, Chief Executive Officer

The founder of FaceTime Strategy, Todd Mason has been building national brands for more than 20 years. In a career highlighted by successful turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, he has gained substantial expertise in marketing, business development and strategy, and developed a specialty in leveraging technology to build top-performing organizations.

Todd created FaceTime Strategy to change the way advertising, marketing and PR is done, with a full-service, technology-enabled firm that focuses on delivering measurable returns. Leveraging his extensive business experience, Todd consults with FaceTime clients to help them achieve their business objectives, crafting results-oriented advertising, marketing and public relations campaigns that drive the bottom line. He divides his time between the FaceTime offices and client locations, leading FaceTime’s growth plans while working with key accounts on theirs.

Todd is an active member of the Washington, D.C. business community. He was on Mayor Anthony Williams’ transition team, serving on the Committee for Economic Development. He was a founding board member of the D.C. Technology Council, and served on the board of the D.C. Economic Partnership.

Michael Brubaker

Chief Technology Officer

Michael Brubaker is FaceTime’s Chief Technology Officer and has over 13 years of experience in the information technology field. After graduating from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, Michael worked for 10 years building international networks to carry voice traffic for companies like Microsoft, Walmart, Sabre, and Marriott. Most recently Michael served as the CTO for a $100M a year CLEC that provides home phone service in the southeast. Michael’s specializations are IT infrastructure, telecommunications systems, and data analysis.

When not at the office, Michael will be found spending time with his wife, Kristine and his two children, Brenden and Morgan at a UCF Football game, mountain biking, or camping. Michael will earn his Master of Science in Information Technology from the Florida Institute of Technology in December 2012.

Shannon Ingram

Executive Vice President/Managing Director – Los Angeles

Shannon is Executive Vice President/Managing Director of the FaceTime Strategy Los Angeles office. She has over 25 years’ experience in marketing, communications and publishing. Previously, she held executive positions at Silverado Senior Living, Navigant International, Intelligent Electronics and served as Marketing Manager for the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim. She was Editor and Ad Director for This Week Publications in Honolulu where she also worked for a large PR firm, handling accounts such as Maui Visitors Bureau, Sheraton Hotels in Hawaii-Japan and Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort.

Shannon is the author of a book, The Heart Way – A Journey from Corporate to Care, about her experience of leaving her career for five years to care for her parents. During that time she seized the opportunity to learn about emerging technologies, especially social media. An avid blogger on topics related to Boomers and seniors, she is featured in the Blog Circle on VibrantNation.com.

Shannon has also served as President of the Board of Directors of WomanSage, an Orange County non-profit, and Vice President of the American Marketing Association/Honoloulu chapter.

Chris Cantele

Executive Vice President/Managing Director – Chicago

Chris Cantele is an Executive Vice President at FaceTime Strategy and oversees the FaceTime Chicago office. He has over 20 years of experience developing results-oriented advertising and has received numerous awards. Chris’ accolades include awards for strategic planning and marketing from Subway Restaurants, Chicago Association of Direct Marketing, Business Marketing Association and Mid-America Economic Development Council. Chris has also served in various board member positions at the Entrepreneurs Organization.

Chris’ background includes clients from varied industries such as automotive, franchise, non-profits, health care and a host of other industries.

Paul Watson

Executive Vice President of Direct Marketing Services

Paul Watson is FaceTime’s Executive Vice President of Direct Marketing Services. His responsibilities include leading the FaceTime’s direct group which includes a staff of over 250 providing clients with customer acquisition, consulting services, direct mail campaign development and management , database analysis, data management, and operate a 150 seat direct 24/7 sales call center.

Paul has over a decade of executive-level management experience and has served with a variety of companies in both profit and non-profit venues with operations domestically and abroad. His executive career began as a successful business owner with the start of a telecom and consultant company that grew to serve clients throughout the Southeast and beyond. Just prior to FaceTime, Paul served as the COO for a large telecommunications corporation with customers in over a dozen states and operated a 500 seat call center.

Areas of expertise have included the implementation of various web and direct marketing campaigns to propel company sales. Paul has also capitalized on using customer/market research to identify unmet market needs for new business potential in different industries.

Paul enjoys developing leadership teams around him and is always on the look for new ways to enhance direct market opportunities. Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Oral Roberts University.
In his free time, you can find Paul with his wife, Diana, and their three children, Cameron, Brendan, and Kate.

Angelo Antoline

Executive Creative Director

Angelo Antoline is the Executive Creative Director of FaceTime Strategy. Angelo has been leading brand development, brand management and brand execution for local, regional and national accounts for over a decade. Although Angelo garnishes a multitude of accolades for his strategic creative development in all mediums of advertising and marketing, his goals are client-centric, helping them push their brand strategically and on-message to their respective targets. Angelo earned his BFA in Communication Design from the University of North Texas. He is the incoming President of the Dallas Advertising League and an active member in the DFW advertising community. Angelo is also active as a Committee Chair in the District level of the American Advertising Federation (AAF).

Levi Wardell

Director of Digital Services

Levi has been developing digital marketing campaigns since the internet was in its infancy. In fact, he cut his SEO teeth on search engines that pre-date Google’s 1998 incorporation.

During his tenure, Levi has been building a vast array of expertise that he now brings to the FaceTime Digital Services group. Among other things, Levi’s proficiencies include email marketing, search (organic and paid) marketing, social media marketing, mobile advertising, metric analysis, digital media and emerging technologies. Most importantly, Levi is known for his ability to use his knowledge of each channel to develop multi-faceted campaigns that place a brand in front of the intended audience.

Since his transition from development to marketing in the late 90’s, he has spent time working to promote non-profit, government, small business and Fortune 500 brands. These include organizations such as the National Association of Wholesale Distributors, American Institutes for Research, Agora Publishing, and most recently, The Washington Redskins, Brooks Brothers, Discovery Education, Next Day Blinds, The Ad Council and others.

If not at one of the FaceTime offices, you may find Levi at a conference speaking or networking with his peers. In his spare time, Levi finds relaxation in freelance photography and spending time with his wife, Marisa and son, John.
