Who? Cruise Holidays What? Direct Marketing Program Cruise Holidays: FaceTime manages the centralized marketing program for Cruise Holidays, a division of Carlson Companies. From its inception through its 11th year, we ensure its continued success by directing all aspects from creative to fulfillment. Over 1.5 million highly customized pieces are mailed to existing customers annually in both the U.S. and Canada aimed at keeping them loyal and knowledgeable. The most recent enhancement to this vibrant program is the new print on demand system, Cruise Holidays Publisher. An individual store may create highly customized and personalized direct mail pieces in any desired quantity. This new system is providing a valuable tool to reach prospective and present customers.

Private Label Email Platform Palm Beach Tan: Giving franchisees freedom to launch their own email and direct mail campaigns while still maintaining corporate control over the brand image was the goal when CMS developed the eMarketer system for Palm Beach Tan. Nightly downloads from Palm Beach Tan’s POS system allow franchisees and corporate marketing to query their customer data via a web interface and construct segment-specific direct marketing initiatives that match likely prospects with specific product sales initiatives.
