This position ensures client satisfaction by effectively carrying out FaceTime Strategy’s sales process. The Customer Acquisition Specialist needs to be professional and proficient with every telephone call and campaign that FaceTime Strategy services. This position will be trained to maximize every sale to its potential by increasing revenue and promotional programs on that sale. The Customer Acquisition Specialist will interact regularly with management and clients and must be capable of retaining product knowledge for each individual campaign and be open to constructive feedback.
This position must be capable for having a flexible schedule and should be able to handle varied work shifts and be able to work collectively with their team members. The specialist should consistently follow FaceTime Policies and Procedures.
Essential functions of the position would include, but are not limited to the following
Available and prepared to answer telephone calls
Effectively navigate and utilize necessary software
Ability to read a script off the computer screen verbatim and effectively communicate to the customer
Maintain a high level of expertise and professionalism with every call
Be part of a healthy and positive work environment
Open to review and constructive feedback from management
Consistently follow FaceTime Strategy process
Effectively set goals and follow through with methods to achieve them and keep organized
Other duties as assigned
